 Mobile Psychiatric Rehabilitation Specialist - Duties include working with a population of serious and persistently mentally ill consumers, age 18 years and older.  Must work in the community on a one to one basis to assist consumers in developing a variety of skills necessary to enhance the recovery process of independent living.  Requires a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years experience in human services, which must include one year of mental health direct care experience.  Also requires a valid PA drivers license, Act 33/34 clearances and use of your own vehicle.  E.O.E.


RN - Community Treatment Team - Duties include providing medical care to consumers recently discharged from long term inpatient stays and diversions from long term hospitalization under the direction of a Psychiatrist.  To provide education and support to consumers, family members and staff.  Minimum one year direct experience working with persons that have serious and persistent mental illness and substance abuse needs.  Knowledge of psychotropic medications and their side effects.  Requires licensed registered nurse credentials, Act 33/34 clerance, PA driver's license and use of your own vehicle.
