Welcome to Irene Stacy Community Health Center where Recovery is Reality – The Irene Stacy Community Mental Health Center provides outpatient and residential services to those individuals in our community who struggle with mental illness, intellectual disabilities, and substance abuse disorders. The goal of the Irene Stacy Community Mental Health Center is to provide high-quality, affordable services to all.
